At Quantum Dental we will do everything possible to ensure that your insurance claims are submitted in a timely manner. To accomplish this goal, we work closely with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for all covered procedures. It is important that you have your insurance information available when you contact our office to schedule your appointment, and that you bring your insurance information with you for your scheduled appointment. Information from your insurance company regarding your fees is never a guarantee of payment. Therefore, we recommend that prior to your initial visit you may wish to contact both your insurance company and your human resources department and ask for information regarding your specific plan. Because of the variety of options that insurance companies offer today, it is impossible for us to determine exactly what procedures will be covered and to what extent. Regardless of your insurance coverage, it is imperative that you understand that you have the ultimate financial responsibility for treatment that is performed on you (or your minor child).

Quantum Dental does participate with most PPO and HMO dental insurance plans. As a courtesy to all of our patients, we will submit insurance claims to other benefit plans on your behalf so that you may receive reimbursement, but ALL procedures are expected to paid in FULL prior to services rendered.
